After a hiatus that left fans eagerly waiting, the Alabama Shakes have finally announced their much-anticipated 2025 Reunion Tour! The Grammy-winning rock band, led by the powerhouse vocalist and guitarist Brittany Howard, will be hitting the road this summer for their first live performances since 2017.
Tour Kickoff and Dates
The tour kicks off on July 16, 2025, in Chicago at The Salt Shed-Fairgrounds and will span across the United States, with stops in cities like Nashville, Las Vegas, New Orleans, Austin, and Toronto. Fans can also catch the band at festivals such as the Minnesota Yacht Club Festival and Bourbon and Beyond.
Exciting Lineup and Special Guests
What makes this tour even more exciting is the promise of new music! Brittany Howard mentioned in a statement that the band has been working on new songs and can’t wait to share them with their fans. “It is crazy that it has been 10 years since we released Sound and Color and eight years since we played a show,” Howard said. “But we didn’t want this to entirely be a look back. We wanted it to be as much about the future as the past.”
Special guests joining the tour include Bahamas, Shannon & The Clams, El Michels Affair, The Budos Band, Sam Evian, and Lee Fields, among others. These talented artists will add to the already electric atmosphere of the shows.

Tickets for the tour will go on sale starting February 14, 2025, with a presale for Citi cardmembers beginning on February 10, 2025. Fans can also look forward to an artist presale starting on February 11, 2025.
